Cheikh Anta Diop’s Two Cradle Theory provides the answer per his thesis presented at the Sorbonne in 1954 which he published in 1959, The Cultural Unity of Black Africa: The Domains of Matriarchy & of Patriarchy in Classical Antiquity, according to Vulindlela Ijiola Wobogo, part time science and mathematics professor at San Francisco City College.

  It is to this theory that he returns to provide the answer to the origin of white racism:

The origins of white racism can be traced to…the envioronmental conditions responsible for the racial differentiation of African homo sapien into Euoprean homo sapien; this was completed by -20,000,  Xenophobia, the precursor of racism,  may have been enbedded in the soicla philosophy of the populations that survived the ice age due to the loss of fundamental bonding, excessive materialism and the development of anthropophagy/raw mean consumption. The resulting culture would retain xenophobial as a fundamental structural/philosophical element
